Driven For Charity was formerly known as Motors For Mind and was launched in February 2022. Motors For Mind was launched with the aim to bring a wide range of family friendly, car related events from launch to November 2022 to raise money for mental health charity, MIND. 

These events included but were not limited to; drive-outs, static car meets, family fun day, camping trips, end of year ball and so much more!

We want to thank everyone who helped and supported us in our founding year to raise money for MIND. 

In 2023, we rebranded so that Motors For Mind could evolve and raise money for other charities too. February 2023 Driven For Charity was established. 
Even though Driven For Charity was established to evolve it ran on the same principles to raise money for charity. For 2023, the team decided on 2 charities which held importance to them, these given charities were SHOUT 85258, mental health charity, and Weldmar Hospicecare. 
Keeping with the foundation of mental health, SHOUT 85258 was chosen as they are a free, confidential text messaging service, who significantly supported our members and supporters with a 24 hour service. 
Weldmar Hospicecare was our second charity chosen, again having connections to our members. Weldmar Hospicecare is a Dorset based charity providing specialist care for adults with a life limiting illness and support for their loved ones. 

We want to thank everyone who helped and supported us throughout 2023, raising money for SHOUT 85258 and Weldmar Hospicecare.

In 2024, Driven For Charity relaunched for another year with a new logo! Re-focusing on our foundation, the team decided to solely raise money and awareness of SHOUT 85258. 
Our main focus for 2024 was continuing our fundraising for mental health charity SHOUT 85258. 
We continued our fundraising through family-friendly car related events including static car meets, drive outs and family fun days.
